You can order your contact lenses online through our ordering portal. Please click the link for the location which of our four locations performed your eye exam. If this is your first time ordering contacts from us online, you will need to create a user name and password on the order page. If your prescription is not on file with one of our offices, we can request it for you, to enable you to use our online ordering service.
If you aren’t sure that your prescription is valid, contact Midwest EyeGuyz, located at Pearle Vision (contact lens prescriptions are valid for one year) . If needed you can schedule an appointment for a contact lens eye exam with one of our expert doctors of optometry on this page as well.
